We are hiring a Director, Media Strategy to own media thinking across key accounts, connect media and creative into a single performance engine, and raise the standard for how strategy turns into results.

This role is for a senior operator who can see the whole board, make decisions, and move fast.

What You'll Own

• Lead omni-channel media strategy across paid channels, including mix, budget, audiences, and measurement.
• Tie media plans directly to business objectives and adjust quickly based on performance.
• Partner tightly with creative to design testing frameworks and scale what works.
• Serve as the senior strategic lead for clients across funnel design, insights, and ROI.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business efforts.
• Improve processes, workflows, and execution across teams and partners.
• Coach and develop media talent through clear ownership and hands-on leadership.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of media strategy experience across multiple channels, preferably in a Media agency setting.
• Proven ability to lead accounts with minimal oversight.
• Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and channel roles.
• Experience working closely with creative teams or within a creative agency.
• Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.
• Clear, confident communicator with senior stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset. You see problems and fix them.

We are hiring a Media Account Manager to own day-to-day media execution and client communication across paid channels. This role sits at the center of strategy, execution, and client trust. You will keep accounts moving, campaigns performing, and clients confident in the work.

This is a role for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable owning results.

What You'll Own

• Manage day-to-day execution across paid media channels, including campaign setup, optimization, and pacing.
• Act as the primary client contact for status updates, timelines, and performance communication.
• Translate strategy into clear execution plans and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Monitor performance and flag risks or opportunities early.
• Partner with strategy and creative teams to launch, test, and optimize campaigns.
• Own reporting and insights, focusing on what is working, what is not, and what to do next.
• Maintain strong operational hygiene across budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and performance wins.

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5+ years of experience managing paid media accounts, preferably in a Media agency setting.
• Hands-on experience across at least two major paid channels.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization levers.

This role works closely with Account Managers and Media Strategists and is designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn how performance media actually works in practice.

What You'll Support and Learn

• Assist with day-to-day execution across paid media channels, including campaign setup, QA, optimization support, and pacing.
• Help prepare client status updates, timelines, and performance summaries.
• Support translating strategy into clear execution tasks and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
• Monitor performance and flag notable trends, risks, or opportunities to senior team members.
• Partner with media strategy and creative teams to help launch and test campaigns.

What We're Looking For
